He Found Us The Perfect House!
I called Ernie to see a house I had been watching on Zillow . We talked about things my husband and I really wanted in a house and he pulled together a few more to look at. As we were out house hunting the conversation continued and Ernie really got to know us. A few hours into our day he says " I think I have the perfect house." It was not on our list but he made a call and got us in. He walked us into our dream house !!!! We were from out of state and heading home in a few days. I was thinking this process was going to be very difficult because we were so far away. I was pleasantly surprised how easy Ernie made the process. He has so much knowledge of the area.
